The Marque Star JANUS© Healthcare and Telemedicine architecture provides a Command and Control solution to track and report any infectious disease, such as SARS-Cov-19, and solves medical resource limitations including healthcare facility capacity and test kit availability, using medical imagery (X-Ray, CT-Scan, MRI) and existing resources in a highly efficient manner.
The JANUS© Healthcare solution offers a short- and long-term response to SARS-Cov-19 case management and prediction. The capabilities are being actively used within other industry vertical silos, with deployment speed and scope only limited by funding availability.
Marque Star, through its JANUS© platform, facilitates rapid development of artificial intelligence and machine learning processes and methods to ingest infectious disease patient DICOM® information from medical imagery (X-ray, CT scans, MRI’s), which provide a uniform, stable, finite, and enduring data set, that can generate automated, timely, reliable, long-term reporting and metrics.
DICOM® (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) is the international standard to transmit, store, retrieve, print, process, and display medical imaging.
The current methods of administering medical “test kits” are volatile, must be re-administered with every suspected infection and re-infection, and are dependent on untimely, ad hoc, self-reporting by non-finite (many thousands) of disparate administering medical personnel and agencies.
It is much easier, and faster, to collect rich, quantitative data points from medical images stored on systems provided by healthcare providers and potentially imaging manufacturers (a finite data ingestion set), than relying on traditional ad hoc medical testing, and at a minimum, when these data sets are aggregated, it provides more accurate and timely reporting.
Further, by applying multi-cloud artificial intelligence and machine learning to the DICOM® patient data and other aggregated data, we can accurately predict future infection trajectories in micro and macro populations.
